Thinking Outside of the Classroom
- The North East Outdoor Pursuits Centre offers the ideal venue for school trips, outdoor adventure and reward days. We provide an exciting, entertaining and – at the same time – challenging outlet for students while ensuring a high level of safety. We can guarantee an engaging experience for teachers too. TNEOPC's activities are suitable for pupils 11+.
- Our activities include highly involved team games, such as paintball and archery, which pose logistical and strategic problems for participants. They must work together to devise strategies in order to solve problems or succeed in winning the game. These activities will help the kids to develop a whole host of positive life-skills like self-confidence, team-work, leadership, forward planning, problem solving & improvisation.
- Our outdoor pursuits offer a full physical and mental work-out disguised as an adrenaline-fuelled fun day out… And all against the backdrop of the Durham countryside. Who could ask for more?
- All of our outdoor events take place in a safe and controlled environment. Paintball will provide the kids with a whole host of positive life skills such as, self confidence, team working, leadership, devising strategies, problem solving & improvisation. Our outdoor adventures offer a full physical and mental work out that is both fully engaging and great fun.
- All participants will receive a full safety briefing at the beginning and during the session. All activities are fully supervised at all times by our experienced stewards & managers who ensure the safety of the group, maintaining game rules throughout the day and will also be at hand to help during the activities.
- The North East Outdoor Pursuits Centre holds full Public liability insurance. Risk assessments and Public liability policies are available for any school, organisation, charity or company to view.
